1. Call Meeting to Order
Deputy Mayor Delnicki called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

(No Town Attorney Present)
3. Executive Session – To discuss personnel matter.
Councillor McCann made a motion to go into Executive Session; Councillor Pelkey seconded, and it was approved unanimously.
4. Adjournment
Councillor McCann made a motion to adjourn at approximately 9:00 p.m.; Councillor Prague duly seconded, and it was approved unanimously.
