The Information systems Department is responsible for all of the Town’s hardware and software needs. This includes, but is not limited to, the design, testing, acquisition, replacement and maintenance of hardware and software for the computer network, workstations, backup systems, virus/intruder systems and end user software support. We are assisting in the designing of systems to accommodate expected growth in the area of technologies and take full advantage of similar or parallel systems We provide user support and training to end users, as needed. We also maintain the Town's website and Government Television Station. We create programming from start to finish, including filming, producing, editing and broadcasting as well as
broadcasting a few programs that we did not create. We also film and broadcast all Town Council Meetings. |
