Re: Avery Street Drainage Improvements
Dear Property Owner/Resident:
As you may be aware, the Town is planning on improving the drainage on Avery Street between Chandler Drive and Talcott Ridge Road by adding catch basins, drainage pipes and regrading part of this road. Our Consultant, WMC Consulting Engineers, has developed preliminary plans that depict the proposed drainage improvements and regrading of this section of Avery Street.
We have scheduled a public information meeting on Wednesday, April 16, 2008 at 7:00 PM in the Town Council Chambers at the Town Hall, 1540 Sullivan Avenue. You are invited to attend this meeting to review the plans and provide input if you so desire. The Consultant, as well as Town staff will be available to answer any questions or address any concerns that you may have.
